Efficient calculation of dynamic holographic optical tweezers via phase-induced compressive-sensing GS algorithm

We present the Phase-Induced Compressive Sensing (PICS) algorithm, which fuses phase induction and compressive sensing to accelerate the generation of high-quality phase masks for holographic optical tweezers. By reducing both the number of iterations and spatial sampling requirements, PICS enables scalable, real-time trap updates with significantly reduced computation time and improved trap fidelity.

Abstract

We present the Phase-Induced Compressive Sensing (PICS) algorithm, which fuses phase induction and compressive sensing to accelerate the generation of high-quality phase masks for holographic optical tweezers. By reducing both the number of iterations and spatial sampling requirements, PICS enables scalable, real-time trap updates with significantly reduced computation time and improved trap fidelity.
