Competencias digitales y estrategias tecnológicas como ejes fundamentales para la innovación pedagógica y la inclusión en educación superior

Digital competencies and technological strategies stand as essential pillars for pedagogical innovation and inclusion in higher education. In the current context, the integration of technology is not just an option but a necessity to train competent professionals in a globalized and digitized world. The main objective of this study is to analyze how the adoption of these tools and skills transforms teaching and learning processes, promoting a more accessible and equitable education. The methodology is based on an exhaustive literature review of recent research, case studies, and successful practices in various institutions. The most relevant results demonstrate that the development of digital competencies in teachers and students significantly improves educational quality by facilitating active methodologies such as project-based learning and the flipped classroom. Likewise, technology allows for breaking down geographical and socioeconomic barriers, offering flexible and personalized learning opportunities to students with diverse needs and backgrounds, which fosters true educational inclusion. In conclusion, the synergy between digital competencies and technological strategies is crucial to modernize higher education and effectively respond to the challenges of the 21st century.
