Integration of single emitter arrays into plasmonic nanocavities for nanophotonic integrated chips
Here we will discuss a technique to create arrays of colloidal quantum dots in plasmonic nanocavities through the use of electron beam lithography for use in quantum computing and information processing. Characterizations include photoluminescence and cavity resonance studies, alongside g(2) measurements to estimate the number of coupled emitters at different spots within the array. Deterministic coupling of few and single emitters to nanophotonic structures could pave a way for integrated quantum photonics on-chip. ©2024 The Authors.
