Analysis and Optimization Strategies for Safety in Charging of New Energy Vehicles
With the rapid development of the global new energy vehicle industry, charging safety has become a key bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the industry. This study adopts a combination of literature analysis and case studies to systematically analyze the multidimensional risks of charging safety for new energy vehicles. Research has found that technical defects in battery management systems (BMS) result in over 60% of fires being caused by overcharging; About 30% of charging facilities at the equipment level have substandard waterproof and dustproof performance, which can easily lead to malfunctions in extreme environments; The lack of operation and maintenance at the management level further amplifies system risks. By analyzing typical cases, it can be seen that the integration of technological innovation and intelligent management is an effective path to enhance safety. For example, the Bitnei charging safety management system achieves precise risk warning through multi-source data fusion and machine learning. On this basis, a three-dimensional optimization strategy is proposed: upgrading BMS intelligence and material innovation in technology, establishing a dynamic standard system and big data platform for equipment management, and building a hierarchical disposal mechanism and insurance system for emergency response. Research has shown that only through multidimensional efforts such as technological progress, standard specifications, strengthened management, and social collaboration can safety hazards be resolved and the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry be guaranteed.
