Temperature Field Calculation and Water-Cooled Plate Design of Air-Cored Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor
Aim at the problem of poor heat dissipation due to insufficient space for heat dissipation in air-cored permanent magnet synchronous linear motors. In the cooling plate topology study, firstly, a cooling plate is designed. The temperature distribution in the surface area of the cooling plate is calculated according to the thermal network model, and the result is consistent with the 3D finite element analysis. Secondly, the cooling performance of the cooling structure is studied. To obtain the maximum sustainable working current of the motor, a fast calculation model of the response surface is established, and the motor thrust performance is obtained. The analysis results show that the double-layer double-waterway cooling plate solves the problem of uneven heat dissipation in series waterway, and the average thrust is 2.3 times that without water cooling.
