El enfoque intersectorial de la gestión universitaria para la inclusión social de personas en situación de discapacidad

This article describes some elements linked to the intersectoral approach to university management for the social inclusion of people with disabilities. It begins with analyses of social inclusion in universities and its current conceptions, based on references to inclusion as a phenomenon that responds to the specific processes in different spheres of social life. The systematization of definitions on inclusion allows us to identify its historical-social nature, in which its connotation in the face of exclusion is described, an issue that today acquires greater relevance. Emphasis is then placed on the intersectoral approach to university management for the social inclusion of people with disabilities, based on reflections that justify the need to explore a way to transform the current situation of university management for that social inclusion.
