O POSITIVISMO EM HANS KELSEN E ALF ROSS. UMA BREVE COMPARAÇÃO

This research puts, side by side, two of the greatest references in legal education, debated in universities around the world, namely: Hans Kelsen and Alf Ross. Despite both belonging to the category called “Positivist”, it is possible to perceive, when comparing their ideas, points that differentiate them in their contributions as social scientists. Knowing these divergences, at least in the passages raised here, can make the study of other authors on the topic attractive.
