Amivantamab–Lazertinib OS Likely Year Longer Than with Osimertinib

Final data from the MARIPOSA trial of amivantamab–lazertinib versus osimertinib in initial management of EGFR-mutated non–small cell lung cancer found the combination was associated with a marked improvement in overall survival. Further analyses presented at the World Conference on Lung Cancer 2025 suggest that this could be due to altered tumor biology.
