New biosensors and transgenic mice for multiplex cGMP imaging
Together, our data suggest that red-cGi500 and mcGi500 as well as the mcGi500 transgenic mouse lines are useful tools for advanced cGMP imaging, including multiplex imaging of potential cGMP compartments and crosstalk between cGMP and other signalling molecules.
