PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSONALITY TRAITS AND HARMONIOUS MOTIVES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article shows how university students should improve their feelings, behavioral characteristics, and biographical information in order to develop memory in the learning process. It is necessary to provide the knowledge necessary to purposefully solve the problem of developing and improving students' memory in accordance with the requirements of the future profession. It is important not only to memorize and memorize the knowledge needed in the future well, but also to always be ready to extract it quickly and accurately in a professional environment. It is important that students understand the importance of studying in higher education institutions for their future profession, show interest in it, and make efforts to ensure that the future specialist has a sufficiently high level of memory training. Students' memory will improve if they are responsible for the results of their future activities. Irresponsibility, indifference, and forgetfulness are common.
