USING THE PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCE OF V.A. SUKHOMLINSKY IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS

The article notes that the study of the theory of pedagogy, its development, as well as the pedagogical heritage of classic teachers is one of the main conditions for the formation of the personality of a teacher. The article is devoted to the insufficiency of credits for pedagogical disciplines within the framework of educational programs of higher pedagogical educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic. This limits the ability of students to fully master the key competencies and skills necessary for successful professional activity in the field of education. The authors highlight the ideas of V.A. Sukhomlinsky on the humanistic approach to teaching, the role of the teacher's personality in the formation of the educational environment. Of particular professional interest and significance for the formation of attention to the individual characteristics of students and the ability to create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation in the educational process is the literary and pedagogical heritage of the outstanding scientist-innovator, humanist V.A. Sukhomlinsky.
