Electro-elastic features of Ca 3 Ta(Ga 0.7 Al 0.3 ) 3 Si 2 O 14 single crystals grown in different atmospheres

The electrical resistivity of CTGAS crystals grown in a N 2 atmosphere is higher than those of crystals grown in an O 2 -mixed atmosphere. Furthermore, both types of crystals demonstrate good thermal stability in piezoelectric coefficient d 11 .
