THE STAGES OF FORMATION OF DOCTRINAL IDEAS ABOUT THE RUSSIAN NOTARY

The article analyzes the process of evolution of scientific ideas about the development of the notary, shows the stages of formation of national notary legal thought. A brief description of each of the identified stages is given, and their main features are shown. The role of scientific research in the improvement of notary activity is emphasized, and the dependence of scientific research in the field of notary on existing models of its organization is noted. It is concluded that at the present stage, the development of the notary and scientific thought about it is largely related to the technologization of public relations.
