3D magnetic resonance fingerprinting in preoperative prediction of glioma grade and ki67 increment index

Motivation: MRF may help to distinguish the grade of glioma and ki67 increment index before operation, and help to guide the postoperative treatment. Goal(s): The T1 and T2 values obtained by MRF are used to distinguish the grade of glioma and the ki67 proliferation coefficient. Approach: The T1 and T2 values derived from MRF are used to predict the WHO grade of glioma and the Ki67 proliferation coefficient. Results: The quantitative T1 and T2 values of MRF were significantly higher in low-grade gliomas and low-ki67 proliferative line groups compared to high-grade gliomas and high-ki67 proliferative line groups. Impact: This study is helpful to predict preoperative grade of glioma and ki67 increment coefficient, and to improve the accuracy of diagnosis to some extent.
