Evaluating the Reproducibility of Hemodynamic Force Analysis in Cardiac MRI Using the Bland-Altman Method and ICC

Motivation: Hemodynamic forces (HDF) analysis is considered a new method for analyzing cardiac function with its advantages of early detection and non-invasive evaluation by magnifying mechanical abnormalities. It also has excellent potential for clinical application. Goal(s): This study aims to investigate the stability and reliability of the HDF analysis method. Approach: We calculated the intra- and inter-observer's Blan-Altman consistency analysis-related parameters and the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC). Results: The results showed excellent intra- and inter-observer consistency for all HDF variables, supporting the potential clinical application of this technique. Impact: This study demonstrates the reliability of HDF analysis, promoting its adoption for non-invasive assessment of cardiac function and potentially aiding in the early detection and management of cardiac pathologies.
