Cross-vendor comparison of vendor-agnostic Arterial Spin Labeling
Motivation: ASL sequences provide valuable physiological quantitative information, however multi-vendor studies are hampered by differences in pCASL protocols. Goal(s): Estimation of CBF maps with a vendor neutral pCASL sequence on multiple vendors. Approach: In a traveling head experiment we acquired pCASL data on Siemens and Philips through gammaSTAR after making required changes to the drivers. Results: CBF maps were acquired at 2 vendors showing similar perfusion, although differences are visible. Impact: This is a first step to vendor-neutral multi-center studies that include physiological perfusion measures, however further development and more multi-PLD sequences are desired.
