Comparison of MoCo-MPG schemes and readout sequences (EPI/TSE) towards robust myocardial IVIM-DWI

Motivation: M2-null EPI-DWI using deep learning-constrained compressed SENSE with a high reduction factor may be a suitable method for robust myocardial IVIM imaging at a wide range of heart rates compared to other methods. Goal(s): Robust cardiac IVIM mapping imaging using M1 or M2 null MPG schemes. Approach: To evaluate the robustness of cardiac IVIM mapping with TSE and EPI sequences using M1 or M2 null MPG schemes. Results: Our results suggest that M2-nulled EPI-DWI with deep-learning constrained Compressed SENSE with high reduction factor could be more suitable method for robust myocardial IVIM imaging with a wide range of heartrates compared with other methods. Impact: Cardiac IVIM may play an important role in the evaluation of various cardiac diseases. Our results suggest that M2-null EPI-DWI using deep learning-constrained compressed SENSE with high reduction factor may be a suitable method for robust myocardial IVIM imaging.
