Adaptive Free-Breathing Motion-Corrected 4D Flow of Liver at 5.0T
Motivation: The prolonged acquisition time and challenges in motion control for liver 4D flow imaging limit its clinical application. Goal(s): To achieve free-breathing liver 4D flow imaging within clinically acceptable scan times utilizing retrospective motion correction. Approach: Using a compressed sensing undersampling pattern to acquire imaging data, combined with adaptive data selection and motion-corrected reconstruction. Results: The proposed method enhanced image quality and quantification accuracy, while reducing scan times to 6-8 minutes. Impact: The proposed motion correction method improved image quality and quantification accuracy, while reducing scan times to a clinically acceptable 6-8 minutes.
