Research on the electromechanical coupling dynamics characteristics of switched reluctance motor semidirect driving system for mine scraper conveyor
Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency and high energy consumption of traditional asynchronous motor, a new type of switched reluctance motor semidirect driving (SRSD) system for scraper conveyor was proposed. Through the electromechanical coupling dynamics simulation experiments and bench tests, the following characterization for the SRSD system are obtained: (1) Under the working conditions of no-load start, full-load operation and sudden load change, the SRSD system can achieve S-type smooth start, stable operation within the designed chain speed range, and has good speed following characteristics. (2) The maximum tension is located at the head of the scraper conveyor, and the farther away from the head, the smaller the tension value. (3) The magnitude of acceleration fluctuation and adjustment time of the improved dynamics model are lower than the traditional dynamics by 85.8% and 33.3%, which is more in line with the real working conditions. (4) The higher the operating speed of the SRSD system, the more significant the acceleration fluctuations caused by the polygon effect. (5) Compared with asynchronous motor drive systems, the new SRSD system not only reduces startup time and torque fluctuations by 69.2% and 65.1% respectively under the same bench test conditions, but also significantly improves motor power factor and drive efficiency, resulting in a power saving rate of over 15%.
