HARMONi: A New Tune in EGFRm NSCLC?

Results from the phase III HARMONi trial suggest that adding the bispecific ivonescimab to chemotherapy offers a significant improvement in progression-free survival for patients with EGFR-mutated advanced non–small cell lung cancer. However, it is questionable whether the drug’s PD-1 inhibition adds any benefit to its anti-VEGF activity.
