Super-resolution Raman scattering microscopy
Plasmonics assisted illumination nanoscopy has recently been proven to be a promising approach for super-resolution fluorescence microscopy with exceptionally large improvement factors in imaging resolution. In this talk, I will present our most recent results of plasmonics enhanced structured illumination technique and its application in the field of Raman scattering microscopy and achieving super-resolved label-free imaging down to 80nm scales. This approach represents a significant advancement in super-resolution Raman scattering imaging, offering potential applications in various fields of microscopy and materials science.
