Exploring The Nexus Between Social Learning Theory and Early Childhood Personality Development
Various educational psychologists hold different perspectives on how people learn and develop. This piece of writing will largely focus on the Social Learning Theory of Albert Bandura, as well as his views on the differences between behaviorist learning and cognitive learning, and how they are influencing today’s development. Attention, memory, and motivation are the three key qualities he discusses. People also learn from one another through observation, imitation, and modeling (Rumjaun & Narod, 2020). The Literature Review is an attempt to look at what we know about early childhood character development to identify ways to increase character and social learning in early childhood education
