A durable superhydrophobic composite sponge for efficient oil/water separation in harsh marine environments: integrating corrosion resistance and photothermal functionality

A superhydrophobic PDMS–CuS@PMS with enhanced corrosion resistance using polydopamine (PDA) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) was developed. Their synergy, along with hydrangea-like CuS, improves photothermal effects for efficient oil spill remediation.
