It's revealed that the current stage of societal development is characterized by high dynamism and rapid changes across all spheres of activity. The training of professional managers takes place within the higher education system. Its key objectives are: ensuring specialist competence, fostering practical skills, and developing the individual's capacity for continuous self-development. Among the economic factors influencing the training of professional managers, the following are highlighted: the level of economic development, inflation, wage levels, changes in the number of economic entities, the demographic situation, aspects of internal and external migration processes, shifts in employment structure, education funding, changes in learning formats, and transformations in the labor market in Ukraine. It has been established that the most significant changes have occurred in the demographic structure of society, specifically: population aging, substantial migration processes, a decline in birth rates, and an increase in mortality rates. The study also investigates that the educational sector has suffered significant losses of educational infrastructure during the full-scale invasion. These losses constitute approximately 13%. The profound impact of the war on the educational system is emphasized. It is concluded that economic instability, the prevailing economic conditions, and the destruction of educational infrastructure negatively affect the accessibility and quality of management education. Social factors are identified, including: family social status, societal cultural values, access to information technologies, and the level of urbanization. Particular attention is given to the impact of military actions on Ukraine's economy and educational system. The importance of considering these factors for developing effective training strategies for specialists, capable of adapting to modern challenges and ensuring sustainable development in conditions of uncertainty, is underlined. Keywords: economic situation, military actions, training of managers, demographic situation, unemployment, labor market.
