Ferroelectric to relaxor crossover in Zr-doped BaTiO 3 -based ceramics and its consequences for the electrocaloric effect

Zr-doping at the B-site of 0.7BaTiO 3 -0.3Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 solid solution causes a crossover from normal ferroelectric to relaxor ferroelectric behaviour and increases the T span of the electrocaloric effect.
