A NOMA-IRSA Scheme With Maximum Transmission Power Limits for IoT-Satellite Ground Relay Networks

In this letter, a NOMA-IRSA scheme with maximum power constraints in Satellite Ground Relay Networks for Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed. Using predefined discrete target received signal strength (RSS) levels, terminals are classified into hierarchical tiers by maximum communication distance, enabling adaptive RSS strategy adjustments and balanced distribution. The theoretical performance bounds are derived through density evolution analysis, and the degree distribution optimization is accomplished via differential evolution algorithms. Simulation results substantiate the theoretical framework and reveal that the proposed scheme achieves higher throughput compared to conventional NOMA-IRSA under maximum power limits.
