The Denoising Algorithm for Ultrasonic Echo Model Parameters Based on Mountaineering Team Optimization Algorithm
The ultrasonic echo model refers to the process in ultrasonic winding detection where the ultrasonic transducer performs circuit processing on received echo signals and conducts acoustic characteristic analysis, integrating a series of echo parameters to generate a set of high-resolution 3D winding images. However, due to the complex environment inside substations, the echo signals received by the transducer are affected by factors such as oil temperature and humidity, introducing noise that degrades the 3D imaging quality of the winding. This paper proposes an echo model parameter estimation algorithm based on the Mountaineering Team Optimization (MTO) algorithm. First, a mathematical model of the ultrasonic echo is constructed using parameters such as echo frequency, amplitude, and reflection time. Then, leveraging the cooperative climbing and coordinated defense mechanisms of the MTO algorithm, the ultrasonic echo signal parameters are globally optimized to eliminate noise. Finally, the feasibility of the denoising algorithm is verified through both simulations and physical experiments.
