Corrective measurement of current based on coreless TMR array current sensors
Ironless core Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) array current sensors are widely used in the field of accurate current measurement due to their advantages of small size, light weight, low cost, high sensitivity and large dynamic range. In this paper, a 3D positioning algorithm for wire tilt eccentricity is derived by analysing the coreless TMR array current sensors at the time of wire eccentricity eccentricity. Aiming at the influence of external magnetic field on the current measurement of the ironless core TMR array current sensor, a magnetic induction strength measurement model is established, and a current measurement correction method under the influence of external magnetic field is proposed, which can significantly improve the measurement accuracy of the ironless core TMR array current sensor. The measurement error using the calibration method can be reduced to less than 3%, which is important for coreless TMR array current sensors.
