Simulation and Research of High-temperature Heat Pump Based on Waste Heat Utilization
This paper focuses on waste heat utilization in industrial processes. A mathematical model of absorption high - temperature heat pumps is constructed based on their principles, and an Ebsilon simulation model is validated. Four key parameters' impacts on system performance are studied, including evaporation temperature, degree of superheat, degree of subcooling, and heat exchange efficiency. Sensitivity analysis shows that evaporation temperature has the most significant effect on compression work and COP. The research provides theoretical support for optimizing absorption high-temperature heat pumps, especially in industrial waste heat recovery.
