Research on Shared Control Strategy and Presence Interaction Mechanism in Substation Operation Scenarios
This study on shared control strategy and presence interaction mechanism in substation operation scenarios aims to improve the efficiency and safety of remote maintenance. Based on typical substation remote switching operations and equipment inspection tasks, a hierarchical and dynamically switchable shared control strategy is designed, dividing control permissions into four levels: full control, partial control, guidance, and observation. This enables real-time dynamic allocation of control rights and conflict priority management among multiple roles. Meanwhile, a multimodal presence interaction mechanism integrating multi-view video, real-time annotation, voice prompts, and synchronization calibration is established to enhance remote personnel’s environmental perception and collaborative experience. The system is modularly integrated based on ROS and WebSocket and undergoes hardware-software joint testing in a simulation environment. Experimental results show that the proposed shared control strategy significantly reduces task completion time, lowers operation error rates, and improves control switching efficiency and fault tolerance. The multimodal interaction mechanism effectively reduces cognitive load while increasing task execution efficiency and immersion. Additionally, to address performance bottlenecks caused by network latency, buffering execution and pre-execution optimization strategies are proposed, markedly enhancing system robustness and stability. In summary, this research validates the practicality and advantages of shared control and presence interaction mechanisms in remote substation operations, providing technical support for the promotion of intelligent power maintenance systems.
