Reliability Enhancement of 10Base-T1S Communication in ChaoJi Charging Interface Based on Hardware-Software Co-Filtering and Error Control
Aiming at the traditional CAN bus used in ChaoJi charging interface, which is gradually difficult to meet its data transmission requirements, two-wire Ethernet 10Base-T1S has become a new alternative to CAN bus by virtue of its simplified wiring, support for multipoint communication and good electromagnetic compatibility, but further research on its communication reliability is still needed. This paper focuses on the communication reliability of ChaoJi charging interface 10Base-T1S in the charging environment of new energy vehicles. Starting from the challenge of electromagnetic compatibility, we design an anti-interference scheme with hardware filtering, software filtering and software-hardware cooperation, and further propose a reliable communication method integrating extended frames, priority scheduling and error control mechanism. By constructing a charging simulation environment, the various filtering methods and scheduling mechanisms are tested separately, and the results show that the integrated scheme can control the BER below 1×10-7 while maintaining a low latency, which significantly improves the communication stability and data integrity of the ChaoJi charging interface 10Base-T1S.
