Research on Investment Boundary and Cost Dispersal Mechanism of Power Grid Enterprises Under Low-Carbon Transformation of Power

With the severe challenges of global climate change, the low-carbon transformation of the power industry has become an inevitable trend. As an important part of the power industry, the study of the investment boundary and cost dispersion mechanism of power grid enterprises is of great significance to promoting the low-carbon transformation of the power industry. This paper first analyzes the background of the low-carbon transformation of the power industry and the role of power grid enterprises in it, and then discusses the investment boundary of power grid enterprises. By constructing a distribution network investment estimation model, this paper analyzes in detail the investment demand and investment benefits of power grid enterprises in the process of low-carbon transformation. On this basis, this paper further studies the cost dispersion mechanism and strategy, including the application of externality theory, marginal cost pricing theory and stakeholder theory, as well as the cost diversion methods on the power generation side, the power grid side and the user side. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the investment boundary and cost dispersion mechanism proposed in this paper are verified through case analysis.
