Study of limiting capacity of distributed PV considering voltage quality control and source-load uncertainty
In this paper, the calculation method of the limiting capacity of distributed PV access to the distribution network is proposed by considering the uncertainties of load and PV output and voltage quality. Firstly, considering the uncertainty of load and PV output, a probabilistic power flow calculation model of distribution network with distributed PV is established based on the semi-invariant method and Gram-Charlier series expansion. Then, taking the ultimate capacity of distributed PV access as the objective function, and considering the constraints of power reversal and power quality, the chance-constrained programming model of the ultimate capacity of distributed PV access to the distribution network is established, and the particle swarm algorithm is used to find the optimal solution. Finally, an example is carried out based on the improved IEEE34 node system to verify the feasibility of the method proposed in this paper. The quantitative influence of load fluctuations, confidence levels and shape parameters of light intensity on the PV ultimate access capacity is discussed.
