Research on Loose Bolt Diagnosis in Substations based on AOEEMD-SVD-LWT
The substation is exposed to outdoor environment all the year round, which will be affected by humid and cold weather. During operation, the bolts will loosen or fall off in different degrees after being eroded by natural environment all the year round, which may lead to tower collapse accident seriously. Traditional manual patrol inspection is inefficient and difficult to cover comprehensively, and has shortcomings in sensitivity and real-time. In this paper, AOEEMD-SVD-LWT is used to optimize the ultrasonic waveform and accurately calculate the energy loss of ultrasonic propagation. Experimental results show that this method has high diagnostic accuracy and robustness, and can effectively identify the characteristic information of bolts in different degrees of looseness. At the same time, this method also has good anti-noise interference ability, and can realize stable diagnosis of bolt looseness in complex environment. This research result provides a new technical approach for bolt looseness detection, and has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
