Research on Dynamic Correction Method for Position Signal Distortion of IPMSM

This article analyzes the impact of changes in d-axis and q-axis currents on the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors, which are prone to external interference and result in the superposition of detection value disturbances in the rotor position angle signal. A dynamic correction algorithm based on reconstructing position and angle is proposed. The experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the external disturbances superimposed during the rotor position angle acquisition process, effectively improve the linearity of the collected position signal, meet the requirements of permanent magnet synchronous motor control for the linearity of the rotor position angle value, enhance the stability of motor operation, and achieve low implementation complexity, with clear engineering application value.
