Measuring and Evaluating Success in International Fundraising: Metrics, Tools, and Donor Accountability
This article explores how non-profits can measure and evaluate success in international fundraising through key performance indicators (KPIs), digital tools, and transparent reporting practices. It highlights metrics such as donor retention, efficiency ratios, and impact assessments, while showcasing how tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce NPSP, and social media analytics support data-driven evaluation. Case examples from UNICEF and IFRC demonstrate how combining financial data with impact storytelling fosters donor trust and accountability. By integrating measurement with transparent communication, organizations strengthen relationships, refine strategies, and ensure sustainability in the global fundraising landscape.
