Antishock and vibration servo control based on ADRC
As an indispensable key equipment in national defense and military industry, the servo control system is widely applied in industrial automation, precision manufacturing, robot technology and aerospace fields. It achieves high-precision control of mechanical position, speed or torque through a closed-loop feedback mechanism. However, during operation, it often encounters problems of shock and vibration, which can affect the working efficiency, stability and reliability of the servo system. As an advanced control strategy, the active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technology features sim ple algorithm, easy implementation and strong anti-interference ability. This paper specifically elaborates on the research progress of the servo system and the ADRC theory, analyzes the causes of shock and vibration phenomena in the servo system, introduces the basic ideas and principles of ADRC and the engineering application of the photoelectric servo system, and concludes that the ADRC technology can improve the anti-interference ability and robustness of the system under shock and vibration conditions.
