Wide bandgap perovskite study for efficient perovskite-based tandem solar cells
Perovskite-based tandem solar cells could cover wider range of light absorption and enhance the power output per unit area, representing one of the most attractive research directions in perovskite photovoltaics filed. Wide bandgap perovskite (>1.65 eV) bulk quality control is critical to be better structured for tandem configuration, and overcome the light/heat induced phase segregation, charge carrier recombination and shunting etc. Through targeted additive engineering and fabrication techniques, we finely controlled the crystallization growth and phase homogeneous distribution and effectively improved perovskite-based tandem solar cells.
