Crafting Compelling Messages for Non-Profit Advocacy
This article examines how compelling messages are crafted to mobilize stakeholders in non-profit advocacy. It highlights three interdependent dimensions: clarity and simplicity of the core message, framing strategies that align with audience values, and contextual adaptation across diverse groups. Drawing on examples from health, education, and environmental advocacy, it explores the role of emotional appeals, calls to action, visual communication, and iterative testing. By linking theory with practice, the article demonstrates how well-designed messages inspire action, enhance legitimacy, and contribute to systemic change.
