Research on gas booster pump based on computer-aided design and simulation calculation
In this paper, an innovative method integrating structural optimization, dynamic control and smart material application is proposed for the design requirements of lightweight high-flow gas piston booster pump. Through Pro-E parametric modeling and Simulink dynamics analysis, the dynamic response characteristics of the piston assembly are optimized to achieve the lightweight target of flow rate ≥56 L/min (pressure 2.1 bar) and weight ≤3.85 kg. And combined with aluminum alloy-steel composite structure design and self-lubricating coating technology, it breaks through the efficiency-weight bottleneck of traditional booster pumps, providing efficient and reliable gas booster solutions for aerospace, new energy automobile hydrogen cycle system, industrial exhaust gas recycling and other fields.
