Study on Motion Reliability and Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems Based on SVM Model

The industrial operations carried out in modern era require huge mechanical systems. The performance and efficiency factor of these systems depends solely on the reliability of their motion. Changes in motion time are affected by aspects such as speed and the structural properties of the underlying mechanical parts. This study examines the reliability and adaptive characteristics of the motion process in large-scale mechanical systems. The foremost work is on establishing reliability model and dynamic model of the motion process. This is performed by the usage of data obtained from system tests and cyclical operations. The influence of various speeds and structural parameters of components on movement velocity and duration is analyzed, highlighting key factors impacting motion reliability and their failure thresholds. The outcome of the process highlights the fact that speed has high impact on motion time. Also, it is observed that reliability significantly declines when the speed falls well below the threshold level. Notably, the design of mechanical channels influences motion, where smaller angles cause stoppages, while larger angles decrease movement time. The Simulation results validate that exceeding the speed level with respect to a threshold and channel angle transcending a specific degree will result in better reliability. These findings advocate theoretical support for optimizing the structure of mechanical framework and offer support for performing fault analysis and thereby enhancing the overall performance and reliability.
