The Collaborative Improvement of Rural Teachers' Education Driven by Computer Technology under the U - G - S - T Model

The widespread application of computer intelligence technology has presented rural education with many challenges, such as a shortage of teachers and resources. This paper focuses on how digital empowerment, rural symbiosis, and the U-G-S-T community model can work together to promote rural teacher education. Digital empowerment, aided by computer technology, overcomes the time and space limitations of accessing and distributing educational resources, promoting innovation in teaching methods and the diversification of educational evaluation. The U-G-S-T model pools the resources of universities, governments, schools and technologies, fostering favourable conditions for rural teacher education development. The effectiveness of the model in improving rural teachers' teaching ability and optimising teaching effectiveness has been verified by adopting mechanisms such as goal coordination, resource sharing and collaborative action. This study demonstrates that, with the support of computer technology, the coordinated development of rural teacher education can be significantly accelerated, thereby narrowing the urban-rural education gap.
