Unravelling the oxygen influence in cubic bixbyite In 2 O 3 on Raman active phonon modes by isotope studies
Theoretical and experimental investigations of Raman-active phonon modes in cubic bixbyite In 2 O 3 using oxygen isotope substitution are presented. Quantitative insights into element specific contributions to each investigated phonon mode are provided.
