Comment construire une culture synergétique dans une organisation binationale ? Le cas d’ARTE

In this article, we study the emergence of new organizational practices in a binational environment. We adopt a synergetic approach to intercultural management as well as the conceptual framework of negotiated culture to analyze the development and co-construction of these practices. Based on three studies of original practices in the Franco-German TV channel AR-TE, we identify three types of factors facilitating the development of synergetic practices: organizational structures, actors' competencies, and the regulation of the learning process.
