Collaborative Optimal Control Strategy for Complex Distribution Networks with Large-Scale Wind and Solar Integration
Due to the randomness and fluctuation of the output of renewable new power sources such as wind and solar power, the problem of grid out of limit is serious. Therefore, this paper proposes a coordinated optimization control strategy for complex distribution networks with large-scale wind and solar power access. Firstly, the corresponding output model is established considering the uncertainty of the wind and solar energy. Then, an optimal dispatching model is established for a single distribution network with the goal of minimizing network loss, wind curtailment and solar curtailment. The complex distribution network is solved by the alternating direction multiplier method. On this basis, the voltage of the distribution network is controlled by the enhanced pinning control method combining reinforcement learning and pinning control; Finally, the simulation analysis of a regional power grid shows that the complex distribution network collaborative optimization control strategy studied in this paper can make the distribution network operate in a safe and stable range, and effectively improve the operation level of the distribution network.
