Position Identification of Pmsm Based on Second-Order Generalized Integrator Under Hall Sensors Fault

In order to solve the problem that the permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) rotor position cannot be accurately identified under the Hall sensors fault condition, this paper introduces a synchronous frequency tracking filter (SFTF) to perform synchronous frequency tracking filtering on the Hall signal after coordinate transformation to extract the fundamental component of the Hall signal containing the rotor position information. In order to solve the problem that the extracted Hall signal lacks orthogonality and cannot directly calculate the actual rotor position with Hall fault, a position identification method based on the second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) is proposed. This method processes the non-orthogonal sinusoidal Hall fundamental signal obtained by synchronous frequency tracking filtering under the fault condition, reconstructs the orthogonal signal containing the rotor position information, and realizes the accurate identification of the PMSM rotor position with the failure of Hall sensors. On this basis, simulation and experimental research are carried out to verify the proposed method.
