A Novel Multi-Level Cooperative Control Method for Agile Satellite with Non-Contact Actuation
For the requirement of the new generation of high-performance satellite platforms for high precision, high stability, and high agility simultaneously. A novel non-contact payload isolation system based on pure electromagnetic bearings is designed, and a satellite multi-level cooperative control technology is proposed, achieving vibration isolation and high-precision rapid pointing adjustment for the payload. Firstly, the multi-level dynamic model of the relative position and attitude between the load and the satellite platform is established by using the Newton-Euler method. Secondly, a two-level cooperative control strategy with follow-up is designed, which realizes the rapid maneuvering of the satellite attitude and attenuates the medium and low-frequency vibration, enabling the load to achieve better super-static and agile performance. Finally, the effectiveness of the two-level cooperative integrated control method designed in this paper is verified through numerical simulation, significantly improving the attitude control performance of the load platform.
