Enhanced Vehicle Safety via Cruise Control and V2V Technology
In the context of technological development, the research proposals that are of the strongest interest to the world are the safety of human life. Traffic accidents and congestion are increasing due to the lack of attention from the driver. To reduce the risk of collision and improve traffic frequency, the presence of V2V vehicle-to-vehicle communication technology allows all vehicles to exchange location and status information. The system operates based on LoRa signal transmission and a Cruise Control combination to calculate safe distance and automatically adjust speed. When applied in situations such as complex or obscured roads, V2V helps to recognize stable trajectories and minimize collisions by warning the driver or automatically intervening. The PID control algorithm is used to optimize system response. With the study of system design and simulation of travel distance to consider traffic safety and efficiency, V2V is becoming an important standard in the automotive industry.
