Fuzzy Variable Droop Control Strategy for Wind Power Participation in First Primary Frequency Regulation Considering Source-Load
To address the insufficient frequency modulation capability of traditional wind power fuzzy variable droop control under stochastic source-load fluctuations, this study proposes a novel fuzzy variable droop control strategy that simultaneously incorporates source-side and load-side fluctuations into the fuzzy control input calculation by adopting the integrated source-load variation as the input variables of the fuzzy controller and the droop coefficients of wind turbines are adaptively adjusted in response to source-load fluctuations. During wind power participation in frequency modulation, an improved fuzzy control method with source-load fluctuation integration is employed to dynamically adjust the droop coefficient. This approach enhances the effectiveness of wind power frequency modulation and suppresses frequency oscillations. Simulation results validate the superiority and efficacy of the proposed strategy.
