Research On Detector Arrangement Of Fire Automatic Alarm System In A Nuclear Chemical Plant
Nuclear chemical plants are facilities designed for the recycling of nuclear fuel and the proper disposal of nuclear waste. These plants are characterized by their large physical footprint, numerous facilities, and complex technologies. The automatic fire alarm system is a crucial component of the fire protection system within a nuclear chemical plant. Given the extensive scale and intricate nature of these plants, designing the layout and positioning of fire detectors is a complex task that must consider the spatial structure and room layout within the plant. The placement and number of detectors must be determined based on the areas they need to protect. Currently, the layout of fire detectors is typically done manually. This approach often results in detection blind spots or overlapping protection areas from multiple detectors, leading to inefficiencies in coverage and low drawing efficiency. This paper introduces a mathematical model for the automatic layout of fire alarm detectors, which effectively addresses the challenges associated with manual layout. By automating the layout process, the model enhances the precision of detector placement, conserves substantial manpower and resources. It improves the accuracy of early fire warning to some extent and provides theoretical support for the digital design platform within nuclear chemical plants.
